Studio Green Screen

ECTV Studio - The Downtown Scranton features a HDTV control room w. five camera control room One (1) stationary & Four (4) PTZ Cameras, and four remote camera packages for remote live and digitally recorded location events. As well as a Green Screen with teleprompter.

ECTV Bulletin Board

The ECTV Bulletin Board runs 24/7 between “Live” and playback of recorded programs, To have your information included send your Community events & notices to bbectv@gmail.com for broadcast

ECTV Community Access Television was established at the request of Mayor Chris Doherty in 2008 to provide NEPA with an array of programming to inform, educate and entertain the local NEPA community.

ECTV produces broadcasts of the Lackawanna County Board of Commissioners : LIVE from the Dunmore Community Center, Carbondale City Hall, Moosic Borough Building, Ransom Township Municipal Building, Clarks Summit Borough Building, Jermyn Borough Building , Dickson City, Roaring Brook Township, Jefferson Township Municipal Building and from the Commissioners Board Room, 123 Wyoming Ave, 5th Floor, Scranton PA.
